The Inner Harbour is home to the boarding jetties for the Canadian and US floatplanes that use the Victoria Inner Harbour Airport (IATA: YWH, ICAO: CYWH).There are two runways, Runway 19/01 3,221 ft and Runway 25/07 3,221 ft and taxiways that extend out through the Middle Harbour and Outer Harbour. The two runways handles 63,713 runway movements annually, or an average of 175/day (2008 statistics), the busiest float plane harbour in Canada. There is one offical designated airline "Helijet" which operates from the Ogden Point Heliport. In 2009 the seaplane link from Victoria to Vancouver Harbour Water Airport was, according to the Official Airline Guide, Canada's busiest air route by the number of weekly flights. The airport is classified as an airport of entry by NAV CANADA and is staffed by the Canada Border Services Agency. CBSA officers at this airport currently can handle small airline and general aviation aircraft only, with no more than 20 passengers.
